Admission to first semester UG and PG classes are held on-line as per the directives of the Dept. of Higher Education, M.P. Govt.

Each application should be attached with the following documents:

  • Transfer certificate in original.
  • 2 Attested copies of mark sheet of qualifying examination.
  • Copy of Aadhar Card.
  • Attested copy of the higher secondary certificate or mark sheet of the candidate if it is different from above.
  • Attested copy of the conduct (character) certificate from the Head of the Institution last attended by the candidate, if not included in the transfer certificate.
  • Two copies of passport size photograph , one to be affixed on the application form and the other for identity card.
  • Medical fitness certificate in original , from a registered Medical Practitioner. The certificate should not be more than two months old.
  • Migration Certificate in original , (if CBSE or any other state board) .
  • Affidavit in original , for any gap in education after 12th class.
  • Eligibility certificate in original , if required and asked for, by the college .
  • Attested copies of other proficiency certificates acquired during school study etc.
NOTE:-

No provisional admission shall be granted nor shall the admission form be entertained without the original Transfer Certificate (T.C.).

Issue of Transfer Certificate :
  • Transfer Certificate will be issued to the students, who have passed out of the college, after three days of the submission of an application.
  • Other students of the 1st and 2nd year classes of the degree courses or the B. Ed. class, who want to leave the college, for whatever reasons, in the middle of the session should apply on plain paper and also signed by their parents, together with their challan cards and "No Dues" certificate. (Challan card will be returned and should be positively collected by the students while receiving their T.C.)
  • The attention of the students and their parents/guardians is drawn to the ordinance No.7 of Barkatullah University under which authority is vested in the Principal to decline the issue of T.C. if she deems it so.
