Introduction

Green audit, also known as an Environmental Audit or Eco-Audit, is an independent assessment conducted in our college to evaluate environmental performance, resource utilisation, and compliance with environmental regulations.

The purpose of this comprehensive audit is to evaluate College's environmental performance and identify opportunities for improvement in the realm of resource efficiency and sustainability.

Energy Audit and Efficiency

The energy audit component delves into the assessment of College's energy consumption patterns, systems, and practices. It scrutinizes energy sources, distribution systems, and identifies potential areas where energy efficiency measures can be implemented. The aim is to promote the judicious use of energy, reduce carbon footprint, and enhance operational efficiency.

Green Audit

The green audit component focuses on evaluating the Institution's overall environmental impact. It encompasses waste management, water usage, transportation, procurement practices, and environmental policies. By analyzing these aspects, we aim to encourage sustainable practices, minimize environmental risks, and foster a culture of environmental stewardship within the institution.

Environmental Audit

The environmental audit section encompasses a broader assessment, considering factors such as compliance with environmental regulations, environmental incidents, and complaints management. It highlights the importance of maintaining a robust environmental management system, ensuring legal compliance, and continuously improving environmental performance.
