Dr. Shriji Seth, is currently employed as Associate Professor, Head in the Department of Political Science in Sri Sathya Sai College for Women, Bhopal M.P. India since 1999. She is having 27 years of teaching experience of UG & PG classes. Her current area of research interest is Indian thinker, Indian constitution and Public Administration. She has guided 03 students (currently guiding 4) for Ph.D. and 15 M.A. students & more than 20 B.A. students for Dissertation and Internship respectively. She had completed one UGC sponsored and one ICSSR project as principal investigators. She has published more than 35 papers in International, National Journals & Conferences.

She has made significant contributions to Higher Education by publishing two books and developing six e-content resources. Her leadership and dedication have been recognized through several awards, including the State-level Best NSS Officer Award from the Government of Madhya Pradesh in 2006. She also represented India at the South Asian Peace Youth Camp in Noakhali, Bangladesh, and Negombo, Sri Lanka, in 2009 & 2010 respectively. In 2017, she received the Global Achievement Award from the Health and Education Society, New Delhi, and an Appreciation Award on International Women's Day. Her recent accolades include the Shiksha Samman 2022 from Hon'ble State Culture Minister Ms. Usha Thakur and the Jyotimay Samman from Hon'ble Parliamentary Affairs Minister of M.P. Sri Narotoom Mishra in 2022. These achievements showcase her commitment to education, leadership, and community service.

Dr. Harsha Chaturvedi, is currently working as Associate Professor, Political Science, in Sri Sathya Sai College for Women, Bhopal M.P. since 2011. She completed her Ph.D. degree in Political Science in 2007 from Rajasthan University Bhopal. She is having an experience of teaching to UG and PG classes. Her areas of research interest are Human Rights, Constitution and Western Political Thinkers. She is a registered guide in Political Science in Barkatullah University since 2022. She has published more than 13 papers in International and National peer reviewed reputed Journals. She has presented 30 papers in International National and State level Seminar, Conferences and Workshop. She has guided number of PG & UG students for dissertation, internship and project work.

Ms. Shivani Choudhary, is currently working as a Assistant professor, Political science since August 2024 in Sri Sathya Sai college for Women, Bhopal. She had cleared UGC NET exam in Political science and MP SET in Political science in 2023. Her area of interest is international relations, Public Administration, Western Political thinkers and Comparative politics. She had awarded gold medal in her UG by Governor of Madhya Pradesh in 2019 and also received excellence award in P.G. received in 2021.
